Just looked up White Horses
First episode was about a load of Roma who nicked one of the white horses and painted it black to have it away
Oh and it wasn’t Czech but a German/ Yugoslavian production

I had the pleasure of seeing Frankel a good few tines, an absolute machine of a horse.
On a personal note a horse called For your eyes only won me a grand at glorious Goodwood in the late nineties
We missed the first race so doubled my bet in the second
Jasin Weaver got it up by a short head at 20/1 & Barry Dennis very reluctantly paid me out.
I would love to own a half decent horse but would want a sizeable share in it and not part of some syndicate although a pal of mine has some great days out as part of the Martin Keighley rscing club.

Red Rum without a doubt, absolutely loved him in the National as a kid. 5 National's three wins, two seconds and never fell over the fences back then is some achievement.
Also a soft spot for a horse called Black Outlook. Dad took me to Ascot as a kid and it was my first ever "win" at the races. Never saw or heard of it again!!
